Cooking time: 40 minutes

• 3 eggs
• 350 g cream cheese
• 3 tbsp coconut flour
• 2 tsp cocoa powder
• 4 tbsp stevia
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 3 tbsp nut paste
• 50 g dark chocolate
• 1 tsp coconut shavings

Cooking process:

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2.In a bowl, mix eggs, flour, cocoa, cheese, chopped chocolate, stevia, lemon
juice, and nut paste. Beat by a mixer for 1 minute until uniformity. The finished
dough should be as a thick cream.
3.Lay out the dough into a greased form and bake in the oven for 30 minutes
until cooked.
4.After cooling, sprinkle with coconut shavings.
