Cooking time: 15 minutes + 5 hours for freezing
Ingredients for cookies:

• 1 ½ cups coconut flakes
• ½ cup chopped flax seeds
• 1 cup of oatmeal
• ½ cup peanut butter
• Pinch of sea salt

Ingredients for chocolate glaze:

• ½ cup melted coconut oil
• ¾ cup cocoa powder
• ¼ cup liquid stevia
• A pinch of salt

Cooking process:

1.In a blender, chop the oatmeal, flax seeds, flour, and coconut flakes until
uniformity. It should be a slightly wet mass.
2.Lay out the dough on a cutting board wrapped with parchment, roll out into
a thin layer and cut into portions (it is more convenient to use a glass). Put
in freezer for cooling.
3.In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the glaze. Dip each cookie in the glaze
and place on a cutting board. Leave in the freezer.
